PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2675 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JANET DE'AMBROGIO AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-85-28 WHEREAS, Janet D'Ambrogio has applied for conditional use permit approval for the sale and rental of video tapes and equipment at 6051 West Las Positas Boulevard; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is CN (Neighborhood Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accoud oses ofethe objectives of the ordinance code and the pthat the district in which the site is located; b) proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operatedublic health, maintained will not be detrimental to turious to safety or welfare, or be materially inj and c) that properties or improvements in the vicinity, the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case UP-85-28, application of Janet D'Ambrogio for a conditional use permit. for the sale and rental of video tapes and equipment at 6051 West Las Positas Boulevard subject to the following conditions: 1. That this use permit is granted solely for the property located at 6051 West Las Positas Boulevard. 2. That if signing is proposed for the business, the applicant shall obtain necessary approvals and any necessary City permits prior to the installation. Section ?. This resolution shall become effectieallhasabeenfter its passage and adoption unless an app received prior to that time.
