PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2676 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHARLES DAGGETT AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-85-28 WHEREAS, Charles Daggett has applied for a conditional use permit to allow an electrical contracting assembly and warehousing operation at 2168 Rheem Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; b) that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves case [JP-85-24, application of Charles Daggett for a conditional. use permit to allow an electrical contracting assembly and warehousing operation at 2168 Rheem Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. That this use permit is granted for the property located at 2168 Rheem Drive only. 2. That if signing for the development is desired, a comprehensive signing program for the development shall be submitted to the City for consideration under separate application. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless an appeal has been received prior to that time.
