PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2676 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />CHARLES DAGGETT AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-85-28 <br />WHEREAS, Charles Daggett has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to allow an electrical contracting assembly and <br />warehousing operation at 2168 Rheem Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located; b) that the <br />proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or be materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity; and c) that <br />the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of the ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case [JP-85-24, application of Charles Daggett <br />for a conditional. use permit to allow an electrical <br />contracting assembly and warehousing operation at 2168 <br />Rheem Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted for the property <br />located at 2168 Rheem Drive only. <br />2. That if signing for the development is desired, a <br />comprehensive signing program for the development <br />shall be submitted to the City for consideration <br />under separate application. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless an appeal has been <br />received prior to that time. <br />
