PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2679 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-85-12, SACRAMENTO <br />DEVELOPERS <br />WHEREAS, Sacramento Developers, Inc. have applied for PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan <br />approval for a 56 unit townhouse complex on an <br />approximately 6.68 acre site bounded by Stoneridge Drive <br />to the north, Highway I-680 to the east and STonedale <br />Drive to the west; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application including the environmental <br />impacts; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the <br />recommendation of the staff report that approval of this <br />project would have an insignificant environmental <br />impact. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-85-12, application of Sacramento <br />Developers, Inc. as herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF JULY 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: July 24, 1985 <br />
