PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2682 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR RICHARD GUASCO AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE UP-85-27 AND PUD-85-14 <br />WHEREAS, Richard Guasco et al has applied to rezone the <br />approximately 1.4 acre site located at 3862 and 3876 Old <br />Santa Rita Road from the C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial Services District; and <br />WHEREAS, Richard Guasco filed a concurrent application for a <br />conditional use permit to operate an auto wrecking <br />facility on the 1.4 acre site described above; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application as well as the environmental <br />impacts as outlined on the Initial Study prepared by the <br />City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for case PUD-85-14 and UP-85-27 as herein <br />described inasmuch as the rezoning and use permit <br />proposed would have an insignificant effect on the <br />environment. <br />Section 2. This resolui:ion shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage. and adoption. <br />
