PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2683 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-14, <br />CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES FOR RICHARD GUASCO <br />WHEREAS, The City and the developer of Hacienda Business Park <br />have been attempting to relocate Mr. Richard Guasco's <br />Santa Rita Garage wrecking yard so that the new Rosewood <br />Drive can be constructed through the Trammell Crow <br />property to the Phase II area of Hacienda Business park; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied to rezone two lots <br />comprising approximately 1.4 acre site located at 3862 <br />and 3876 Old Santa Rita Road from the CS (Commercial <br />Service) District to the PUD (CS) District and for <br />approval of a development plan for an automobile <br />wrecking facility; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration of environmental impacts was <br />recommended for adoption concerning this application <br />earlier in the public hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation and found the proposal to be in <br />conformance with the general plan land use designation <br />for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-85-14, to rezone two <br />lots comprising of approximately 1.4 acres located at <br />3862 and 3876 Old Santa Rita Road and to approve a <br />development plan for an automobile wrecking yard <br />thereon, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF JULY 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
