PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2684b <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MODIFICATION TO <br />SUNRISE VILLA CASE PUD-81-20 <br />WHEREAS, Sunrise Villa was conditioned such that all of the 32 <br />units within the condominium be rented until September <br />1, 1988; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the project have asked that this condition <br />be eliminated. They would prefer that this be <br />accomplished by means of a minor modification to the <br />PUD. Because the rental restriction condition was first <br />attached at the Planning Commission, the matter was <br />referred to the Planning Commission at their duly <br />noticed public hearing of July 24, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the change insubstantial. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. directs the Planning Director to approve the change <br />as a minor modification (effective in 20 days unless <br />appealed by the City Council. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 20 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF JULY 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman, and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: July 24, 1985 <br />ATTEST: <br />~sw ~%/ <br />Brian W.
