PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2692 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF A DRAFT ORDINANCE RELATING TO <br />PRINTING/REPRODUCTION SERVICES IN THE 'C' DISTRICT AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-85-13 <br />WHEREAS, the City has applied to amend the zoning ordinance <br />relating to printing/reproduction services uses in the <br />"C" (Commercial) Zoning Districts as a result of <br />receiving applications for zoning certificates to <br />located copying/duplicating service businesses in <br />various commercial zoning districts; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 14, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />staff recommendations and draft ordinance concerning <br />this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends adoption of the draft ordinance, Exhibit <br />"A", attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 14TH DAY OF AUGUST 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE; <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />DATE: August 14, 1985 <br />ATTEST: <br />Brian W.
