PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2694 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF CASE GP-85-5, A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR <br />MATILDA TEIXEIRA <br />WHEREAS, Mildred Teixeira has applied for an amendment to the <br />Land Use Element of the General Plan to redesignate an <br />approximately 7.5 acre site located on the south side of <br />Vineyard Avenue and east of the terminus of Chardonnay <br />Drive from Low Density Residential to Medium Density <br />Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed Pobalcofethennegativeanning <br />Commission recommended app <br />declaration prepared for this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission agreed with the Staff's Report <br />that Medium Density Residential would be appropriate for <br />the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case GP-85-5, the application <br />of Matilda Teixeira et al for an amendment to the Land <br />Use Element of the General Plan to redesignate an <br />approximately 7.5 acre site located on the south side of <br />Vineyard Avenue east of the terminus of Chardonnay Drive <br />from Low Density Residential to Medium Density <br />Residential. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF AUGUST 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />DATE: August 28, 1985 <br />
