PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2695 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DIABLO <br />MOVE SYSTEMS AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-85-31 <br />WHEREAS, Diablo Move Systems has applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow warehousing (record storage) in an <br />existing structure located at 1056 Serpentine Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found a) that the proposed <br />location of the conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of the ordinance code and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located since the building <br />and site were designed and constructed to allow <br />warehouse uses; b) that the proposed location of the <br />conditional use and the conditions under which it would <br />be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety or welfare, or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity <br />since the record storage use minimizes traffic, truck <br />use, and other potential effects and the use is located <br />so as to minimize potential negative effects on its <br />neighbors; and c) that the proposed conditional use will <br />comply with each of the applicable provisions of the <br />ordinance code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 <br />. Approves <br />Systems for <br />warehousing <br />located at <br />conditions: <br />case UP-85-31, application of Diablo Move <br />a conditional use permit to allow <br />(record storage) in an existing structure <br />1056 Serpentine Lane subject to the following <br />That this permit is granted for the designated space <br />at 1056 Serpentine Lane and shall conform to plans, <br />marked Exhibit "A":, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />
