CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br /> DECIARATION FOR PREZONING APPROXIMATELY <br /> 31 ACRES LOCATED ON BOT~ SIDES OF TRENERY <br /> DRIVE 600 FEET WEST OF MARTIN AVENUE TO <br /> VARIOUS DISTRICTS (RZ-88-12) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 3, 1989, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for <br /> prezoning an approximately one acre site to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential District, an approximately twenty acre <br /> site to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low <br /> Density Residential District and an approximately <br /> ten acre site to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Medium/High Density Residential <br /> District, all located generally in the area on both <br /> sides of Trenery Drive approximately 600 feet west <br /> of the intersection of Trenery Drive and Martin <br /> Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the <br /> Initial Study dated December 8, 1988 and received <br /> the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br /> time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the <br /> proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential <br /> impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br /> local guidelines governing the preparation of <br /> Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br /> Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed <br /> prezoning would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br /> prezoning an approximately one acre site to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential District, an approximately twenty acre <br /> site to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low <br /> <br /> <br />
