PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2697 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-31D, <br />CALLAHAN PENTZ PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied for design review <br />approval for a single-story 40,725 sq. ft. <br />office/research and development building on an <br />approximately 2.7 acre site located on the west side of <br />Willow Road between Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />the type proposed was included within the scope of that <br />EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need <br />be considered at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation and found the proposal to be in <br />conformance with the zoning and general plan land use <br />designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1 <br />approximately 2.7 acre site located on the west side of <br />Willow Road between Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar Drive <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-31D, <br />application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for <br />review approval for a single-story, 40,725 sq <br />office/research and development building on an <br />That except as modified herein, the development <br />shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, <br />elevations, grading plan, sign design and landscape <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />design <br />ft. <br />
