PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2699 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF A MODIFICATION TO WALL AND FENCE PLAN OF <br />PUD-84-13 SMOKETREE COMMONS <br />WHEREAS, McBail Company, developer of the 80 unit multi-family <br />residential complex located on the east side of Bernal <br />Avenue between Tawny Drive and Vineyard Avenue <br />(PUD-84-13), is requesting a PUD modification with <br />respect to the wall and fence plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 28, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the modification to the wall <br />and fence plan of PUD-84-13 subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the area now defined as 6' wrought iron shall <br />be 30" wrought iron, the area now defined as 6' <br />precast shall be 6' wrought iron, the area now <br />defined as 8' precast shall be left at 8' precast. <br />The 30" wrought iron fence along Bernal Avenue and <br />Vineyard Avenue shall be located behind the property <br />line. <br />2. That the actual design, color and specification of <br />the precast block wall on the southern boundary of <br />the site be approved by both the Planning and <br />Engineering Division. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF AUGUST 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes and Michelotti <br />NOES: Commissioners Wellman and Vice Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Chairman Wilson <br />DATE: August 28, 1985 <br />
