CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-07 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF SANITARY SEWER, STORM <br /> DRAINAGE, AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR ST. <br /> MARY STREET, PROJECT NO. 875177 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Gallagher and Burke, Inc. on the <br /> sanitary sewer, storm drainage and street <br /> improvements for St. Mary Street, Project <br /> No. 875177, has been satisfactorily <br /> completed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The work on the sanitary sewer, storm drainage <br /> and street improvement for St. Mary Street is <br /> hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $32,773.25 will be retained until thirty (30) days <br /> after filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 3, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~~]~~/ <br />~ames ~.'Walker, ~ity Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Michael H.
