CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-05 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT DEEDS FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF SOUNDW~T.T~q kLONG BERNAL <br /> AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of easement deeds from <br /> Ronald and Kathleen Berkheiser, Connie Lou Beth <br /> Myrick, Stephen Martin and Edward Inderbitzen to <br /> the City of Pleasanton, for purposes of <br /> construction of soundwalls along Bernal Avenue and <br /> Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 3, 1989, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities (SR 88:913) indicating that the <br /> acceptance of these deeds is in the public <br /> interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The easement deeds from Ronald and Kathleen <br /> Berkheiser, Connie Lou Beth Myrick, Stephen Martin <br /> and Edward Inderbitzen to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for easements for construction of soundwalls are <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 3, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None KENET/_/H~R.~MAyOR _ <br />~ames ~.
