PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2701 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT FILED UNDER CASE GP-85-6 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the Land Use <br />Element of the General Plan to change the land use <br />designation of eleven lots totalling 7.85 acres located <br />on the north side of Stanley Boulevard between 4011 and <br />4120 Stanley Boulevard, inclusive, from "Medium Density <br />Residential" to "High Density Residential;" and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 11, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the Negative <br />Declaration proposed for this Case; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the High Density <br />Residential is appropriate for the 11 lots described <br />herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case GP-85-G to change the <br />land use designation of eleven lots totalling 7.85 acres <br />located on the north side of Stanley Boulevard between <br />4011 and 4129 Stanley Boulevard, inclusive, from "Medium <br />Density Residential" to "High Density Resi-dential" <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That no development shall occur until the Del Valle <br />Parkway is constructed with a minimum of three lanes <br />(two through, and double left turn) in an alignment <br />essentially shown as Alternative Plan A, including a <br />cul-de-sac terminating before Main Street. <br />2. That no development shall occur until Valley Avenue <br />is constructed to connect Santa Rita Road to Stanley <br />Boulevard. <br />3. That for any development other than single-family <br />detached development the minimum lot width shall be <br />120 ft. and the lot shall have a depth no more than <br />three times as deep as it is wide. <br />
