CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-03 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT <br /> 5808, DIAMOND PROPERTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> The Diamond Collection, Tract 5808, Diamond <br /> Properties, has been completed and a maintenance <br /> bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council <br /> (SR 88:903); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 5808, by Diamond Properties, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 3, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ <br />ATTEST: KENNETH R.
