PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2704 <br />OFRPLEASANTON APPROVINGNDESIGNOREVIEWOFORFZT85-338Y <br />IMPERIAL FREEHOLDS <br />WHEREAS, Imperial Freeholds has applied for design review <br />approval to allow the installation of a satellite dish <br />antenna in the parking lot of its office building <br />located at 5776 Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is CR(p) (Regional <br />Commercial-Peripheral) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 11, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered this application <br />after its continuance atrohosedssatellitewdBShrantennang <br />for consideration of a p p <br />ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case Z-85-338, Imperial Freeholds, <br />application for design review approval to allow tarkin <br />installation of a satellite dish antenna in the p g <br />lot of its office building located at 5776 Stoneridge <br />Mall Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant shall remove the satellite dish <br />antenna at such time as the Chrysler Corporation <br />vacates the building or when a viable alternative <br />method, as determined by the Zoning Administrator, <br />of receiving telecommunication signals becomes <br />available. <br />2. That the proposed satellite dish antenna shall be <br />the only dish that will be allowed at the Atrium <br />Building complex. <br />3. That the proposed 8 ft. high stucco screen wall be <br />increased to 10 ft. in height. <br />4. That the dish antenna be installed as close to the <br />ground as possible. <br />5. That final color schemes and landscape plans be <br />submitted for approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to installation of the dish. <br />
