Overhang Sign: A small, pedestrian-oriented sign <br />suspended from, or mounted to, a permanent building <br />projection. <br />Special Use Sign: Any sign allowed under this Article <br />at a residential property which has been lawfully <br />converted to a non-residential use. <br />„~TS~.~~~L+A T.T n~ S~~yT Vn M~yy n~A~v T~ym L+T\~y myL• TTbmnTnm !fin <br />2. WALL SIGNS <br />Maximum of one (1) square foot per linear front foot <br />of business establishment to be located not higher <br />than the lowest of the following: <br />a. Twenty-five (25) feet above grade; <br />b. Bottom of the sill line of the second floor <br />windows; or <br />c. Cornice line of the building. <br />Note: For any business occupying a corner location, <br />the allowable square footage for a wall sign on one <br />street frontage cannot be transferred to increase <br />the allowable size for a wall sign on the other <br />street frontage. <br />3.
