That the development meet all requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. 2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. 3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior approvals which this development may have received from the City of Pleasanton. (Z-84-119) 4. That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements of other City departments and/or any interested outside agencies having jurisdiction. 5. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected by the City prior to approval of the final map at the rate then in effect and for the total number of lots in the final map, unless this requirement has been otherwise satisfied. 6. That any existing assessment district, which the property may be subject to, be cleared prior to the approval of the final map or the developer will cause a segregation to be completed in conjunction with the final map. 7. That the developer (subdivider) may file multiple final maps prior to the expiration of the conditionally approved tentative map for this development; provided, however, that each such final map filed shall provide for all normal and reasonable public improvements required by the City to serve that portion of this development to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. - 1 -
