PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2708 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING TRACT 5520 FOR BRENTWOOD HOLDING COMPANY WHEREAS, Brentwood Holding Company has applied for tentative tract map approval to create a 5 lot residential condominium complex on an approximately o.4 acre site located at 116 Mission Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 25, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this subdivision; and WHEREAS, because of the size of this project, this development was exempt from the City's Growth Management Program. In addition, this application is exempt from CEQA; therefore, no environmental document accompanies this report; and WHEREAS, the tentative map is in conformance with the design review approval previously given the four unit complex as well as the General Plan land use designation and zoning for the site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Tract 5520, application of Brentwood Holding Company for a five lot residential condominium complex on an approximately .4 acre site located at 116 Mission Drive subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the Tentative Map Tract 5520 on file with the City. 2. That the development is subject to all of the conditions of approval for Case Z-84-119. 3. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated September 25, 1985 attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
