PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2708 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING TRACT <br />5520 FOR BRENTWOOD HOLDING COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Brentwood Holding Company has applied for tentative <br />tract map approval to create a 5 lot residential <br />condominium complex on an approximately o.4 acre site <br />located at 116 Mission Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2500 (Multi-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 25, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, because of the size of this project, this development <br />was exempt from the City's Growth Management Program. <br />In addition, this application is exempt from CEQA; <br />therefore, no environmental document accompanies this <br />report; and <br />WHEREAS, the tentative map is in conformance with the design <br />review approval previously given the four unit complex <br />as well as the General Plan land use designation and <br />zoning for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5520, application of Brentwood Holding <br />Company for a five lot residential condominium complex <br />on an approximately .4 acre site located at 116 Mission <br />Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the Tentative Map Tract 5520 on file with the <br />City. <br />2. That the development is subject to all of the <br />conditions of approval for Case Z-84-119. <br />3. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer dated September 25, 1985 attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />
