8. That the developer grant an easement to the City over those <br />parcels shown as public service easements (P.S.E.) and which <br />are approved by the City Engineer or other parcels which may <br />be designated by the City Engineer. <br />9. That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and <br />channels not within the area of a dedicated public street or <br />public service easement approved by the City Engineer be <br />privately maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the City. <br />10. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross-connections control and backflow <br />prevention device programs required by the California <br />Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />11. That any damage to street improvements now existing or done <br />during construction on the subject property be repaired to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the <br />developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or <br />street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City <br />Engineer. <br />12. The sanitary sewer system for this development shall be <br />private and be maintained by the homeowner's association. <br />13. The water system for this development shall be private and be <br />maintained by the homeowner's association. <br />14. The common driveway and parking areas for this development <br />shall be private and be maintained by the homeowner's <br />association. <br />15. The developer shall submit a set of reproducible mylar plans <br />for the utility systems serving this development to the City <br />Engineer as record information. <br />- 2 - <br />
