PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2710 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING TRACT <br />5546 FOR SACRAMENTO DEVELOPERS <br />WHEREAS, Sacramento Developers, Inc. has applied for tentative <br />subdivision tract map approval to create a 57 lot <br />townhouse development on an approximately 9.3 acre site <br />located on the east side of Stonedale Drive between <br />Stoneridge Mall Road and Valleyview Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 25, <br />1985 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for the PUD <br />application on the subject property. Since the <br />tentative map is in conformance with the PUD, it is not <br />considered to be a new project under CEQA and, <br />therefore, no environmental document accompanies this <br />report; and <br />WHEREAS, the tentative map is in conformance with the approved <br />planned unit development on the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5546, application of Sacramento <br />Developers, Inc. for tentative subdivision tract map <br />approval to create a 57 lot townhouse development on <br />approximately 9.3 acre site located on the east side of <br />Stonedale Drive between Stoneridge Mall Road and <br />Valleyview Court subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the Tentative Map Tract 5546 on file with the <br />City. <br />2. That the development is subject to all of the <br />conditions of approval for Case PUD-85-12. <br />3. That all subdivided parcels shall adhere to the same <br />CC&Rs. <br />
