PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2711 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-84-4-4M RALPH GOODELL AND ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Ralph Goodell and Associates have applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for a retail shopping center/medical office complex to allow for building redesign and a 1,271 sq. ft. increase in size of the medical offices on an approximately 7.7 acre lot located on the southeast corner of the intersection at West Las Positas and Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 25, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the current submittal is exempt from environmental review; therefore, no environmental document accompanies this report. A project of this type was included in the original environmental review prepared for PUD-84-4, therefore, no additional review is required. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-84-4-4M as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the medical office building shall substantially conform with plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department except for the following: a) that the northwest wing of the building shall maintain an 8:12 pitch roof consistent with the balance of the structure; b) that the roof tiles shall be slightly darker than the shopping center buildings. Final colors to be determined in cooperation with, and to the satisfaction of the Planning Director; c)that all exterior window sills on the building shall be as shown on the color rendering presented
