PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2715 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-80-15-2D FOR HIVEST, INC. WHEREAS, Hivest, Inc. has applied for Planned Unit Development Plan approval to construct a two=- building; 29,740 sq. ft. retail commercial complex on an approximately 2.0 acre site located on the south side of Pimlico Drive approximately 0.1 mile east of Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of October 23, 1985 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-80-15-2D; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 23, 1985 and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 23, 1985 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the application and recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of approval of the subject application.
