PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2720 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-33D, <br />CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied for design review <br />approval to construct a two-story, 59,449 sq. ft. office <br />building on an approximately 4.2 acre site located on <br />the southeast side of Gibraltar Drive (Site 34E) in the <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 23, 1985 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />the type proposed was included within the scope of that <br />EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents need <br />be considered at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurred with the staff <br />recommendation and found the proposal to be in <br />conformance with the zoning and general plan land use <br />designation for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-33D, <br />application of Callahan Pentz Properties for design <br />review approval to construct a two-story, 59,400 sq. ft. <br />office building on an approximately 4.2 acre site <br />located on the southeast side of Gibraltar Drive (Site <br />34E) in the Hacienda Business Park subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development and sign program substantially <br />conform to plans marked Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That reciprocal easements for access and parking be <br />granted over all parking and driveway areas between <br />Lots 34B and 34E, or the lots should be merged. <br />
