PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2724 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 4473 AS FILED UNDER CASE MS-85-20 FOR DR. HARI PURI WHEREAS, Dr. Hari Puri has applied for tentative map approval to create a 5 lot subdivision on an approximately 4.1 acre site located at 3885 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 13, 1985 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this subdivision; and WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared for the PUD application on the subject property. Since the tentative map is in conformance with the PUD, it is not considered to be a new project under CEQA and, therefore, no environmental document accompanies this report; and WHEREAS, the tentative map is in conformance with the approved planned unit development on the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Tentative Parcel Map NO. 4473 for a 5 lot subdivision on an approximately 4.1 acre site located at 3885 Foothill Road subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the Tentative Parcel Map No. 4473 on file with the City. 2. That the 40" sycamore tree shall be saved and the 18" walnut shall be retained until subsequent development; all other trees shall be saved or removed as indicated in the PUD approval. 3. That as many of the trees along the eastern edge of Foothill Road be saved, subject to the decision of the City Engineer after reviewing improvement plans for the development, and that the Heritage Tree bond requirement be waived as to these trees.
