Report Date 11-7-85 <br />Meeting Date 11-13-85 <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />SUBJECT: <br />Planning Commission <br />Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />Staff Report for Tentative Parcel Map 4473 (MS-84-26) <br />Puri, Foothill Road <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval of <br />the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any prior <br />approvals which this development may have received from the City <br />of Pleasanton, specifically PUD-84-20. <br />4. That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements <br />of other City departments and/or any interested outside agencies <br />having jurisdiction. <br />5. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for <br />all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final map. <br />6. That detailed grading and drainage plans and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br />7. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in the streets be set <br />at 0.5$ unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. Grades <br />less than 0.5% down to 0.3% shall require special approval, <br />submittal of as-built grade sheets, and controlled flow testing. <br />8. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of record <br />within the development unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />9. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to each lot of <br />record within the development unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />
