Resolution No. 2722 November 13, 1985 shall remove same within thirty (30 days) notice from the City Engineer. A tree specialist shall review the project improvement plants, recommend methods to save the maximum number of trees (especially Heritage trees), be present in the field for improvement staking, supply the City Engineer inspectors with information necessary to establish measures to insure safety of those trees sought to be saved, and be available during construction for on site inspection if the City Engineering staff determines it is warranted. 4. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated November 13, 1985, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. 5. That the driveway entrance to Parcel 4 shall be located easterly of and outside of the drip line of the 28" oak. 6. That the final parcel map shall show the area shown as "Reserve" as "offered for dedication" and the Foothill Road frontages of Parcel 4 and the remainder as "no access". 7. That the fence plan shall be essentially as indicated and subject to approval by the Planning Director prior to approval of the final parcel map. 8. That each lot shall provide on-site parking as indicated in the Tentative Parcel Map No. 4473. 9. That Foothill Road shall be widened at the point of Puri Court to provide for a minimum of 44' paved street section, transitioning both northerly and southerly of Puri Court to match the paved width as shown on the tentative parcel map. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
