PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2726 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />DENIAL OF GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR PONDEROSA HOMES <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-85-11 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for an amendment to the Land <br />Use Element of the General Plan to redesignate an <br />approximately 13.4 acre site from Medium Density <br />Residential to High Density Residential located on the <br />west side of Camino Segura, between Via de Los Cerros <br />and Paseo Santa Cruz; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 13, <br />1985, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, at this duly noticed public hearing there was a public <br />outcry against the proposed General Plan amendment to <br />the Land Use Element of the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends denial of Case GP-85-11, application of <br />Ponderosa Homes for an amendment to the Land Use Element <br />of the General Plan to redesignate an approximately 13.4 <br />acre site located on the west side of Camino Segura, <br />between Via de Los Cerros and Paseo Santa Cruz from <br />Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Lindsey, Wellman, and <br />DATE: November 13, 1985 <br />
