PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2727 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-85-2-2D WHEREAS, Val Strough Company has applied for development plan and sign program approval for four auto dealership buildings on a 5.8 acre site located on Rosewood Drive south of I-580 and northwest of Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Central Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of November 13, 1985 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-85-2-2D, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recei1985aandrreceivedtthe Initial Study dated November 13, recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was helortunNtVetoecomment 1985 and the public was given the oPP osaly and on the environmental impacts of the prop WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any signlicationlandcrecommended environment by approving the app ared for this adoption of the Negative Declaration prep case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of approval of the subject application.
