PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2735 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED AND FILED UNDER CASE GP-84-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the Circulation Element of the General Plan to delete WESt Las Positas Boulevard as an arterial east of Santa Rita Road and to designate an extension of Stoneridge Drive east of Santa Rita Road to E1 Charro Road with a conceptual extension to LIvermore; and WHEREAS, on December 11, 1985 the Planning Commission held public hearings regarding this project to review testimony, maps, reports and the staff recommendations regarding the application for general plan amendment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the proposed General Plan amendment for the subject site; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft and Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed General Plan amendment for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Certifies that they have reviewed and considered the information in the Draft and Final EIR and have determined it to be complete and in compliance with CEQA. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None DATE: December 11, 1985
