CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-319 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER ' S <br /> REPORT AND LEVYING THE 1989-90 ASSESSMENT <br /> FOR LANDSCAPE DISTRICT 1984-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the <br /> City Council on July 18, 1989 on the question of <br /> the levy of the proposed annual assessment for <br /> Landscape Assessment Distict No. 1984-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed <br /> assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby levies the 1989-90 <br /> annual assessments in connection with Landscape <br /> Assessment District No. 1984-1, as described in the <br /> Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 18, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarvet, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None /~~ <br />S~~~NNETH: R.
