PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2737 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-84-12 <br />WHEREAS, Falcon Development Company has applied for rezoning from <br />R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) District and for development plan <br />approval for a 158 unit residential development on <br />approximately 21.8 acre site located at the eastern <br />terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of December 11, 1985 the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-84-12, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recei1985anandereceivedhthe <br />Initial Study dated December 11, <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 11, <br />1985 and the public was given the opportunity to comment <br />on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewiacablepstateland <br />impacts in accordance with the ape aration of negative <br />local guidelines governing P P <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any signlicationlandcrecommended <br />environment by approving the app ared for this <br />adoption of the Negative Declaration prep <br />case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION/DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the <br />review of the Initial Study and the testimony and <br />documentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there will be no significTOValdofrthelsubject n the <br />environment as a result of app <br />application. <br />
