:Resolution No. 2740 <br />January 8, 1986 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-85-52, application of the Good <br />Shepherd Lutheran Church for a conditional use permit as <br />herein described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted solely for the Good <br />Shepherd Lutheran Church. The Church shall occupy <br />only the 848 sq. ft. office unit of the building <br />located at 1257 Quarry Lane as shown on the site <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. The activities of the church shall be limited to <br />Sunday worship services and various evening and/or <br />weekend meetings pertaining to church business. <br />3. That a maximum of 50 persons shall occupy the church <br />at any one time. <br />4. That this use permit is granted for a period of„~ <br />five years. <br />5. That the applicant shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton Fire Department and Building <br />Department. <br />6. That any signing proposed for the church property <br />shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning <br />Department prior to installation. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF JANUARY 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, Lindsey, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 8, 1986 <br />
