PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2742 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-85-13, APPLICATION <br />OF PAMELA ANTRIM <br />WHEREAS, Pamela Antrim has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and development plan approval to construct a 10 <br />unit apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre <br />site located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue <br />and West Angela Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 8, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission received a proposed negative <br />declaration for Cae PUD-85-13; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 13, 1985 and received the <br />recommendaiton of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 8, <br />1986 and the public was given the opportunity to comment <br />on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impacts upon the <br />environment by approving the application and recommended <br />adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this <br />case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING; <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD-84-13, application of Pamela <br />Antrim for planned unit development zoning an <br />development plan approval to construct a 10 unit <br />apartment complex on an approximately 0.48 acre site <br />located on the southwest corner of Peters Avenue and <br />West Angela Street. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
