Res. 2748 <br />1/22/86 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that c) the proposed <br />conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of this ordinance. The model home sales <br />complex will comply with all provisions of Article 25 of <br />the Pleasanton Zoning Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-85-60, application of Ponderosa <br />Homes for a model home complex as herein described <br />subject to the following condition: <br />1. That all conditions of the original use permit, <br />UP-85-60, shall remain in full force and effect <br />except for conditions 2, 3, and 12. <br />Section 2.
