NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Case UP-85-54, <br />application of Leonard Zavala for a conditional use <br />permit to operate a take-out food establishment to be <br />located at 6280 West Las Positas Boulevard subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is solely for the establishment <br />and operation of a 1120 sq. ft. restaurant facility <br />as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant apply for and be issued all <br />required City permits prior to the commencement of <br />business. <br />3. That if any signing is desired then all required <br />City approvals be obtained prior to installation. <br />4. That at no time shall the number of seats for the <br />use exceed 22. <br />5. That the applicant work with the staff for the <br />installation of a stop sign coming out of the West <br />Las Positas Driveway, have the Traffic Committee <br />look at the possibility of a left-turn pocket into <br />the subject site with a written report to the <br />Commission; and that a speed bump be installed on <br />the site by July 1, 1986. <br />Section 2.
