CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-317 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REQUIRING WILLIAM C. LAWSON <br /> TO OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY PERMITS AND TO <br /> BRING CARPORT AT 3866 MAMMOTH CAVE COURT <br /> INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 18, 1989, the City Council <br /> denied the appeal and therefore upheld the variance <br /> granted by the Board of Adjustment to allow <br /> retention of an existing carport which encroaches <br /> into the required side yard setback at 3866 Mammoth <br /> Cave Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as part of that variance approval, the applicant is <br /> required to receive all necessary permits to bring <br /> the carport into compliance with the Building and <br /> Fire Codes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The owner, William C. Lawson, shall apply for and <br /> receive all applicable building and other City <br /> permits for the carport structure. The carport and <br /> all related improvements shall be modified as <br /> necessary to meet the requirements of the Building <br /> and Fire Codes prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 18, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None 2~~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ST: KENNETH R.
