PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2754 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A SIGNING PROGRAM FOR THE ASSOCIATES UNDER CASE Z-85-408 WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company of America on behalf of The Associates have applied for design review for a sign program for an existing office complex, located at 4301, 4305, 4309 Hacienda Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 22, 1986 the Planning Commission considered this proposal after considering and approving a parapet signing policy for multi-story buildings in the North Pleasanton area; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission felt the signing proposed is appropriate for the existing office complex located at 4301, 4305, 4309 Hacienda Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case Z-85-408, application of Prudential Insurance Company for a signing program for the office complex located at 4302, 4305, 4309 Hacienda Drive subject to the following condition: 1. That the signage shall conform substantially to the plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department, and that halo-illuminated letters and logo shall be used. 2. That the applicant apply for and be issued all required City permits prior to installation of signage. 3. That no additional signing shall be installed on the subject property without prior City approval. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective February 5, 1986 unless the Council shall elect to review the decisions of the Board.
