Res. 2687 <br />8/14/85 <br />stairway locations and covered platform details and <br />improving the otherwise plain facade. <br />c) that the disposition of the southern emergency <br />access road open area be resolved with staff prior <br />to the installation of heliport improvements; and <br />d) that a fence detail be provided indicating type, <br />gates, access point locations and color for staff <br />review and approval. <br />2. That final improvement plans shall conform with all <br />requirements for "Ground-level Heliport Design <br />Guidelines" as set for by the United States Department <br />of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration <br />Advisory Circular, AC 1505390-1B, Heliport Design Guide <br />which includes but is not limited to provision of <br />standard markings and fire safety equipment. <br />3. That all requirements of the Public Works Department for <br />access road design, drainage, and other utility <br />improvements be met. <br />4. That the applicant provide landscape improvements along <br />future Owens Drive public service easement frontage when <br />it is constructed to the satisfaction of the Planning <br />Director. <br />5. That adequate parking be provided to the satisfaction of <br />the Planning Director over the lifetime of the interim <br />heliport use if for any reasons the adjacent parking <br />area becomes unavailable. <br />6. That approval of this case is subject to the approval of <br />Case UP-85-19 and any conditions which may be attached <br />thereto by the Planning Commission. <br />7. That is case is subject to all Standard Conditions of <br />Development, attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference, except condition 12. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day after <br />notification of the City Council unless the Council <br />shall elect to appeal this decision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 14TH DAY OF AUGUST 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE; <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: Auqust 14, 1985 <br />
