PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2769 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-86-4 FOR REYNOLDS AND <br />BROWN <br />WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown has applied for development plan <br />approval of a five building, approximately 108,738 sq. <br />ft. office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on <br />an approximately 8.82 acre site located in the <br />southwest corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road <br />and I-580; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of March 10, 1986 the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-86-4; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 3, 1986 and received the <br />recommendation of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, <br />1986 and the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impacts upon <br />the environment by approving the application and <br />recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for this case. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. <br />The Planning Commission finds that based upon the <br />review of the Initial Study and the testimony and <br />documentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there will be no significant adverse impacts on <br />the environment as a result of approval of the subject <br />application. <br />- 1 - <br />
