PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2769 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-86-4 FOR REYNOLDS AND BROWN WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown has applied for development plan approval of a five building, approximately 108,738 sq. ft. office/retail/restaurant complex to be located on an approximately 8.82 acre site located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and I-580; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of March 10, 1986 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-86-4; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 3, 1986 and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 10, 1986 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the application and recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of approval of the subject application. - 1 -
