PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2773 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING THE APPLICATION OF PONDEROSA INDUSTRIES, TRACT 5436 WHEREAS, Ponderosa Industries has applied to revise Tentative Map Tract 5436 in order to eliminate a street segment and to reconfigure several lots. The tract is located generally in the area south of the Pleasanton Canal, north of Hansen Drive, and west of Valley Avenue and Camino Segura; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) and PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March l0, 1986 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission expressed concern about traffic circulation if a segment of a street were eliminated and several lots were to be reconfigured on Tentative Map Tract 5436. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Section 2. Denies Ponderosa Industries their application to revise Tentative Map Tract 5436 in order to eliminate a street segment and to reconfigure several lots. The tract is located generally in the area south of the Pleasanton Canal, north of Hansen Drive, and west of Valley Avenue and Camino Segura. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless an appeal has been received prior to that time.
