CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-314 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH KADIE-JENSEN <br /> JOHNSON AND BODNAR FOR FINANCIAL <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's Five-Year Capital Improvement Program <br /> 1989/90 through 1993/94 identifies certain proposed <br /> new projects that may involve debt financing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, presently identified CIP Projects include the <br /> Police Department Building Expansion, Fire Station <br /> #4 and Related Equipment, Senior Citizens' Center, <br /> Gymnasiums at the Pleasanton and Harvest Park <br /> Middle Schools, and Cross-Town Interceptor and East <br /> Amador Sewer Lines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City intends to maintain a continuing review <br /> and an annual update of the CIP to revise the <br /> content, scope or nature of future CIP Projects as <br /> warranted by changes in the City's facility needs, <br /> priorities, and ability to finance and support <br /> future CIP Projects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, financing consulting services will be required to <br /> assist in developing financing plans to accomplish <br /> the above. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Manager is authorized to sign an <br /> Agreement with Kadie-Jensen Johnson and Bodnar for <br /> financing consultant services for an amount not to <br /> exceed $10,000, a copy of said Agreement is <br /> attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
