PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2778 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-86-3 FOR PUBLIC STORAGE WHEREAS, Public Storage, Inc. has applied for rezoning from the CS (Commercial Service) District to the PUD (Planned unit Development)-Commercial District and development plan approval for 4 building, 81,625 sq. ft. mini-storage facility on an approximately 1.45 acre site located at 3744 and 3768 Old Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of April 9, 1986 the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for case PUD-86-3; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 26, 1986 and received the recommendation of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 9, 1986 and the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impacts upon the environment by approving the application and recommended adoption of the Negative Declaration prepared for this case. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there will be no significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of approval of the subject application. Section 2. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-86-3, as herein described. Section 3. This resolution shall become immediately upon its its passage and adoption.
