PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2784 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TRACT 5615, APPLICATION OF <br />JOHN AND ALISON PAYNE <br />WHEREAS, John and Alison Payne have applied to subdivide.., an <br />approximately 2~8 acre site into _36 parcels .for <br />residential use"s, ranging in`size from approximately <br />1375 square feet to approximately 3150 square feet,and <br />one parcel to be maintained as a common area located at <br />4089 and 4129 Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 23, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this proposal to be in <br />conformance with the approved Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was adopted by the City Council <br />on September 17, 1985, for the planned unit development <br />on the subject property. Subdivision of the site as <br />shown on the attached tentative map was included within <br />the scope and content of that previous environmental <br />document. Therefore, no further environmental review <br />was done at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5615, application of John and Alison <br />Payne as herein described subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on Tentative Map Tract 5615 on file with the City. <br />2. That no final map approval be granted prior to the <br />applicant's full compliance with the conditions <br />contained in Resolution No. 86-80 approving growth <br />management exemption for the project. <br />3. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />relevant conditions of PUD-85-7 (Ordinance No. 1219) <br />and to all conditions contained in the report from <br />
