PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2797 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR LEROY AND ROSE CARRERA AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE GP-86-4 <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 25, 1986, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />GP-86-4; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated June 5, 1986 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held June 11, 1986 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />GP-86-4, application of Leroy and Rose Carrera to amend <br />the General Plan Land Use Element designation of an <br />approximately 11,700 square foot site from "Medium <br />Density Residential" to "High Density Residential" at <br />856 Palomino Drive. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 11, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />- 1 - <br />
