PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 27,99 <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING A REZONING APPLICATION FOR THE <br />APPROXIMATELY 11,700 SQ. FT. SITE LOCATED AT 856 <br />PALOMINO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, Leroy and Rose Carrera have applied to amend the General <br />Plan Land Use Elgment designation of an approximately <br />11,700 square foot site located at 856 Palomino Drive <br />from "Medium Density Residential" to "High Density <br />Residential," and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 11, 1986, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of a proposed negative declaration <br />for Case GP-86-4 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurs with the staff report in <br />that the appropriate zoning to accompany the General <br />Plan designation is RM-4000 which would legalize the <br />existing duplex but not allow additional units on the <br />parcel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Initiates an application to rezone the approximately <br />11,700 sq. ft. site located at 856 Palomino Drive from <br />"Medium Density Residential" to "High Density <br />Residential." <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 11, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />- 1 - <br />
