18.08.030 <br />authorization from the federal commu- <br />nications commission to operate an <br />amateur radio facility. (Ord. 1743, <br />1998) <br />18.08.035 Antenna: <br />"Antenna" means any system of <br />poles, panels, rods, or similar devices <br />used for the transmission and reception <br />of radio frequency signals. (Ord. 1743, <br />1998) <br />18.08.040 Antenna, Facade-Mounted: <br />"Antenna, facade-mounted" means an <br />antenna that is directly attached or <br />affixed to any facade of a building. <br />(Ord. 1743, 1998) <br />18.08.045 Antenna, Ground- <br />Mounted: <br />"Antenna, ground-mounted" means <br />an antenna with its support structure <br />placed directly on the ground. (Ord. <br />1743, 1998) <br />18.08.050 Antenna, Roof-Mounted: <br />"Antenna, roof-mounted" means an <br />antenna generally freestanding, directly <br />attached or affixed to the roof of an <br />existing building or structure other than <br />a personal wireless service facility <br />tower. (Ord. 1743, 1998) <br />18.08.055 Bar: <br />"Bar" means any premises in which <br />alcoholic beverages are regularly <br />offered for sale and on-site consump- <br />tion. Arestaurant which sells alcoholic <br />beverages after ten o'clock (10:00) <br />P.M. shall be classified as a bar for <br />purposes of this zoning code. (Ord. <br />1743, 1998; Ord. 1665 § 1, 1995; Ord. <br />1346 § 1, 1987) <br />18.08.060 Small Bed And Break- <br />fast: <br />"Small bed and breakfast" means a <br />residential building offering overnight <br />accommodations to guests on a tempo- <br />rary basis. A small bed and breakfast <br />may serve meals to guests and shall <br />contain between three (3) and five (5) <br />guest sleeping rooms, inclusive. (Ord. <br />1743, 1998; Ord. 1636 § 2, 1994) <br />18.08.065 Bed And Breakfast Inn: <br />"Bed and breakfast inn" means a <br />residential building or buildings offer- <br />ing overnight accommodations to guests <br />on a temporary basis. A bed and break- <br />fast inn may serve meals to guests and <br />shall contain between six (6) and fif- <br />teen (15) guest sleeping rooms, inclu- <br />sive. (Ord. 1743, 1998; Ord. 1636 § 2, <br />1994) <br />18.08.068 Birthing Center: <br />"Birthing center" means a health <br />facility, place, or institution which is <br />not a hospital or in a hospital and <br />where births are planned to occur away <br />from the mother's usual residence fol- <br />lowing normal, uncomplicated preg- <br />nancy.
