By reason of the said <br />study it is declared that the prima facie <br />speed limit shall be as set forth in this <br />section on those streets or parts of <br />streets designated in this section when <br />signs are erected giving notice thereof: <br />A. Sports Park Drive: On Sports Park <br />Drive from Parkside Drive to the end of <br />the parking area the speed limit shall be <br />fifteen (15) miles per hour. <br />B. Willow Road: On Willow Road <br />from West Las Positas Boulevard to <br />Stoneridge Drive, the speed limit shall <br />be thirty five (35) miles per hour.
