Disclosure Category 5: All desig- <br />nated officials and employees in this <br />disclosure category shall disclose all <br />investments and business positions in <br />business entities, and sources of income <br />which engage in land development, <br />construction, acquisition or sale of real <br />property, and all interests in real prop- <br />erty. <br />F. Disclosure Category 6: All desig- <br />nated officials and employees in this <br />disclosure category shall disclose all in- <br />vestments and business positions in <br />business entities and income from <br />sources which manufacture, sell or pro- <br />vide supplies, materials, books, machin- <br />ery, services or equipment of the type <br />utilized by the agency.
